EMPAware is a service provided by the Mobile Privacy and Security (MOPS) research group at Baldwin Wallace University. The research group provides the service to allow participants to gain a greater understanding in how mobile applications and devices use their personal and sensed data.
This service is being provided for free. If you participate in this study, you will not be compensated. However,
your participation will be valuable in our research and could provide the public with a better understanding of
how mobile applications and devices use
consumers' data. As a participant, we believe you will also gain a better understanding of how mobile
application and devices use your personal and sensed data. New participants can register through this website.
If you already registered and are a current participant, you can login and view the data that has been captured
so far. If you completed the study, you can view your final report up to a week after completing the study.
